Keynote:

I’ve Fallen and I Can Get Up:  The Journey Into our True Selves as we Age

Kathleen Dowling Singh taught that the process of aging and dying is exquisitely calibrated to bring us into the realm of the Holy.  In this presentation, Nancy will explore the transformative process of aging and dying, and the importance of engaging with a deepening spirituality in our later years.  This deepening and maturing provides the strength to engage in the struggle of giving our lives away as our final act of love.

Breakout:

Transformative Practices for the Final Years

How do we prepare ourselves to face the end point of our lives?  What practices might be helpful in replacing a sense of despair with a sense of hope and grace? In this presentation, Nancy will explore some practices which will assist us in engaging our body, mind and spirit as we age well, and prepare to die well.
