A completed registration form is required for each registrant. Full registration includes evening social, convention sessions, liturgies, breakfasts, lunch, banquet and refreshment breaks.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Notice of cancellation must be given seven days prior to the event. A $25.00 administration fee will apply to all refunds. No refunds will be granted after October 6, 2017. Substitutions will be accepted at any time.
ACCOMMODATIONS
The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, 1975 Broad Street, Regina is pleased to host this 3rd Joint Conference of Catholic Education and Health.
A block of guest rooms has been reserved until July 11, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Occupancy rates are $129 plus taxes. Parking is additional at $12/day on a first-come, first-served basis.
